Ingredients (serves four) Sweet potatoes 500g 1 can whole chestnuts (200g) Sugar 7 tbls 1 gardenia seed |

1. Peel, dice and soak sweet potatoes in water. | 2. Boil sweet potatoes with gardenia seed. |

|
3. Season them with sugar, and remove the gardenia seed. | 4. Mash them, and add sweet boiled chestnuts. |
