The ginkgo trees along the avenue in front of the University of Tokyo are beautiful. Each tree is trimmed because the avenue is a national highway and there is a regulation that all the trees along the national highway have to be trimmed to certain height and width.
The ginkgo trees and the red bricks of the University of Tokyo look wonderful together.
There are many used bookstores on the street. But unfortunately the road is always full of traffic.
