So, what did you think of the anpan story? Anpan has been around for 120 years and there are many stories leading up to the creation of anpan. When I was studying the history of anpan I was surprised to discover that there are many more kinds of bread originating in Japan than I expected. In present day Japan, bread is eaten by many people, nearly the same as rice.
I'm looking forward to what kinds of unique bread will be produced in the future.
