The shop has been in business for 29 years. Tofu is made by the master, his wife and his son. The shop's business hours are from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. The shop is closed on Sundays and public holidays. The master said that all year round, the water is kept at about 10 centigrade, to give the tofu its fresh taste. We thought that it must be hard to work with the cold water in winter. But thanks to the steam, the room maintains a comfortable temperature in the winter time. On the contrary, in the summer, the high temperature plus the steam make the room very warm and humid, so it is very uncomfortable to work in the room.
