Kansai District Ozoni

Ingredients (serves four)
4 round rice cakes (marumochi)
Japanese radish (daikon) 500g
Carrots 300g
4 taros
Shiromiso (white soybean paste) 3tbls
Water in which rice has been washed 400cc
Stock 400cc

1. Slice radishes and carrots. 2. Boil radish, carrots, and taros in bonito stock.
3. Put shiromiso (white soybean paste) in a pot.

4. Add water in which rice has been washed to the pot.
5. Put radish, carrots, taros, grilled round rice cakes and stock into a bowl.
