Kansai District Ozoni Ingredients (serves four) |
1. Slice radishes and carrots. | 2. Boil radish, carrots, and taros in bonito stock. |
3. Put shiromiso (white soybean paste) in a pot. 4. Add water in which rice has been washed to the pot. |
5. Put radish, carrots, taros, grilled round rice cakes and stock into a bowl. |
