Ingredients (serves four) Dried sardines (gomame) 50g Sweet rice wine (mirin) 1 tbls Soy sauce 2 tbls Sake 2 tbls White sesame seeds 1/2 tbls |
1. Pan-fry the dried sardines. |

2. Blend sake, soy sauce, sweet rice wine and sugar, then pour over the dried sardines. | 3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. |
